No, not me. My good friend tore her ACL and possibly her meniscus too on the dance floor last Saturday night... I told you we were really grooving. I feel so bad for her!
I found your blog after trolling other runners' blog rolls. I really feel for your friend--I tore my ACL and meniscus about 12 years ago and had a complete ACL replacement. It took a long time to recover but I started running again a year later and, after some off and on running, I got serious 4 years ago and now do about 25-30 miles a week. So, if your friend is a runner, just know there is hope of running again after surgery!
